    Dear Science Editor Rob Reddick,
My research suggests that you might be interested in a piece about US
Dysfunctional US Healthcare system. Indeed, often readers are attracted to
glitzy technology innovations. My book in contrast has an revolutionary idea on
innovation in medicine. Apart from a lot of technical information , the book is
laden with gripping stories of medical harm and subtle stories of harms
associated with “Precision Medicine” ( a fascinating story about Sam Gambhir,
a Stanford Professor, a visionary pioneer who subjected himself to torture for
several months. Even a few days before his death in an enfeebled condition he
would like to revisit in a thousand years if a technological solution is found to
cure cancer in the earliest phases by a genetic modification as in Crisper
    technology.
I want to draw your attention to my book “Navigating Unaffordable Healthcare
    “ with a website address “ navigatingunaffordablehealthcare.com
that you will be able to read before publication on Amazon/KDP platforms in late
spring 2026. I will be making a small contribution to Obama Library in Chicago.
My book is dedicated to Archie Cochrane, a brilliant British epidemiologist who,
arguably, was the father of epidemiology designing randomized drug trials in the
treatment of Tuberculosis in 1950’s. Cochrane Collaboration was created in his
honor for his contributions to the field of epidemiology. He famously said:
“randomize till it hurts “. To date the Cochrane Collaboration has done meta
analysis of 5000 trials. Astonishingly, only half the trials showed positive results
of a successful treatments. The other half showed no benefit and in many
instances caused both medical and financial harm. His other famous dictum was
“ ALL EFFECTIVE CARE MUST BE FREE”, meaning care delivered by robust
evidence based practice , and not by pathways and guidelines developed by
providers heavily influenced by massive lobbying to extract profits, rather than
benefiting patients(My book is dedicated to Archie Cochrane).Walt Whitman’s
quote “Resist More, Obey Little “, meaning resisting excessive pressures by
providers to deliver healthcare influenced by powerful lobbyists and to accept
high value healthcare by resisting low value, even harmful practices with
    invasive procedures.
As I argue in Chapter 6 of my book half the care in the United States could be
    eliminated without worsening outcomes.
Peter Orzag believes that the patients who turn 65 should be automatically be
enrolled in Medicare rather than continuing in employer sponsored health plans.
The reductions in health care premiums will encourage people to continue
working longer thus expanding the US economy. I still believe that the premium
reductions will be a lot lower by following the suggestions below.
Kaiser Permamante of California offers monthly premiums of $50.00 to Medi-
Cal patients ( a plan for the lower income households ). This is possible with
Federal and California State support. My argument is to reverse Obamacare
experts’ thinking. Chapter 6 details eminent experts’ comments on the subject
of health care quality. My book has a chapter on Obamacare’s four plans.
Obamacare is now settled law after fifty one attempts by Republicans to
eliminate it. Although it provided 3 million Americans insurance, it unfortunately
kicks in after spending $7000.00. After the passage of Republic bill in 2025,
healthcare premiums will increase substantially for lower income households,
approximately $ 1000.00 for a family of four. This will expedite the debacle of
Obamacare in the next year or two even without Republicans passing the bill.
This is equivalent to the term popularized by Adam Tooze of Columbia
University, New York , “Polycrisis “
I want to suggest, audaciously, that the premium reduction of Obamacare
premiums reduction will decrease dramatically because of reduced demand
rather then Government fiat. It is a sort of civil disobedience movement that
Gandhi used to gain independence from the British government. The”Abundance
“ book by Atlantic Magazine columnist Derek Thompson and the NYT
columnist Ezra Klein advocates lessening demand and increasing supply.(My
book’s core message is “ Less is More “ movement in favoring high value care
and lessening low value care “). There is a chapter on Innovation and Reverse
Innovation in Acknowledgment section of my book which further describes the
rationale of this concept. This approach will be welcomed by the “Niskanen
Institute, a bipartisan think in contrast to Claremont Institute”Project 25
“ ideologues. My research on actuarial projections shows that the Obama care
will survive for years, even decades if the suggested approach is adopted by
Obamacare experts .The Presidential legacy that the library will show(as in the
African-American museum in Washington) will endure. Adam Tooze of Columbia
University, New York has popularized the current healthcare crisis as
    “ Polycrisis”
With your numerous speaking engagements, your time is constrained and
extremely limited.Might I suggest that you look at the Introduction chapter which
highlights the headline summary of fifteen chapters and Preface which gives
details of my clinical training and experience by adopting Blinkiist methodology
in giving it a glancing review. This contradicts my suggestion above because of
the intricate and complicated subject matter.
Thank you in advance for your consideration. I want to be frank and truthful that
I have submitted simultaneous submissions to reputable magazines such as
yours in the hope that the message will spread widely Despite these limitations,
your endorsement of my book will spread the message even further by my
research estimate 11 million unique visitors, a niche audience, per month! )
bypassionate readers because of your stature.

I have inserted this piece in the dialog box to generate interest for readers, especially
after the popularization by Adam Tooze of Columbia
University( New York) has popularized the current healthcare crisis as “ Polycrisis”
    Sincerely,

    “Golden”
